What type of payment methods do you accept?
• We accept cash, credit card (no AMEX) debit, and e-transfers

Does fondant freeze/refrigerate well?
No, it does not. It tends to sweat if frozen which may lead to colour bleeding and have a ‘melted’ appearance. Remove any custom fondant work before freezing and place back on once thawed.

Do you have dietary items?
Yes, we offer gluten free, vegan and halal options.
All dietary options can be combined with each other.

Can you do peanut/nut free?
Yes, we are peanut and nut free facility. We are not certified "nut free", but we do not have any products in our baked goods, or stored in the bakery. We cater to schools and daycares
Orders

How much notice do you need for an order?
We typically require a minimum of 4 days notice for a simple buttercream cake design. A week-2 weeks notice for more complex designs including fondant or 3D aspects.
We always have cakes and cupcakes available in the storefront for walk in purchase

When can I pick up my order?
We are open Monday to Friday from 10am-5pm and Saturday from 10am-2pm, so you're welcome to pick up any time in between. Although we request the latest pickup be a half hour before closing.

All custom creations are priced individually based on the number of servings and complexity of design. We would be happy to provide a quote
